well

don´t like the typo, don´t like the 3D-style things in the typo,..like the gradients in the header/footer/background,
like the render, don´t like the symmetry in the whole splash.

Geezus, I should have taken a look here first =) At any rate, check out my reply to your 'new signature' post.

Seeing the whole image, I would like to add a few comments. About your lighting, if you notice some of your spikes, you might see that they look flat, they dont seem to be 3D at all, which IMO ruins some of the effect. So try and setup better lighting before rendering, remove some of the spikes, and make them larger, or render at a higher resolution, and only cut out a certain piece of the image, that looks good, and then do some touchups in photoshop.

sucks when they do that, doesnt it? thats why i steer clear of something leet. i went there, posted my first layout, and they bashed it real good. so i came here, and atleast hte people here arent as hard on ya. grrr, i hate something leet :mad: :mad: but i love teamps

hatred for something leet will always have a special place in my heart

if they all werent such assholes to n00bs (which i was when i first posted there) then they would seem cool, but most of 'em were just bashers with no constructive criticism at all. notice i say, MOST of 'em. im sure you and alot others are cool, but, well, bleh, i perfer teamps much more.
