Looks great, how the hell did you do the meat? I looked at it for a while and I tried to figure it out (looks like layers of airbrushing).
Looks so good, But If I made this picture I would have made it more 3d, I know it´s hard to do because Photoshop is´t a 3d prog.
I made a picture in photoshop for a while ago and people told me to add more of that 3d. I tried to shadow it with airbrush, but it´s hard to get it right.

The meat was done using different brushes. I just experimented until I found the look I was going for.
