It's not supposed to be horrific....It's supposed to resemble her inner feelings... She feels chaotic, yet at the same time, sad, and depressed, and is crying out for help.. Not that that will change your opinion on the pic, but just to let others know what the theme is, though I thought it was clear.. lol eh..
