the images and colors are good but it lacks composition and its not harmonious. this is a good start tho.

Pretty good for your first wallpaper man. My only problem is that her hair (girl to right) on the left side of her head isn't deleted properly, lots of jaggies and stuff. Maybe you should try to add a new layer over it, copy her hair and guassian blur it by 1 pixel?
