we don't care. If you want this to be your career i would first try and develop typing skills. How the hell will someone hire you if you can't even type? I think: doesn't look very professional. We're just trying to push you in the right direction... |

NL, who said that? I can't see it. Either that or I'm as blind as a chimp in Chicago.

Might of been in a different thread? I don't know; I am not that much of a forum troll to know at the moment. Anyhow, the way Alias types is annoying as [vulgarity]; I really wish he'd not type in that manner as it gets really annoying reading his long winded posts. Not like my whining is going to really make a difference, I just felt like venting it anyhow... Oh, by the way about the image, it's not bad, although I do not have any good three dimensional programs at the moment, I'll hopefully "acquire" some and attempt to build some nice things. |

Yes, I deleted his post. He has a habit of trying to trick the profanity filter and I'm frankly tired of reading it.

I want 3ds max too, but I don't have $1300 for it so I'm stuck with Cinema 4D, a good package but some things are a little more complicated than they should be. Anyway, nice image. I think, and this is just me, that below the blue line in the middle you should shift from wireframes of the rings into the actual textured rings, but that's just something I'm trying to figure out how to do right now so it might not work out that well for your image. By the way, I noticed there are 2 areas where it looks like you have really tiny paragraphs of text. Is it actually text, and if it is, does it actually say something or is it just some random letters? Or, is it something else? P.S.- How does 3ds max handle character creation, i.e. is it easy to come up with a custom character (like an alien or an angel or somethin) or do you have to do a lot of splines and NURBS and all that weird soundin complex 3d modellin type stuff? |
