as far as visually appealing, it looks nice.

However, the I'm watching you part reminds me of a pervert or something. So, I really do not like it at all.

LoL it's a banner I made for a game i'm in...so i'm watching you doesn't mean anything pervert but means I see you in the game... and u can get killed at any time...

you might want to change the colors to match the eyes. or the eyes to match the color. that just makes the picture look a lil more organized. just a thought :D
