alright well despite the post being in the wrong place i will help you-

you cannot upload things to the forum itself, you must have a seperate host and remote hotlink all of your images. I think tornupinside is still allowing people ftp access for files they want to use on the forum, but you have to know how to work ftp. if all you want to do is use a sig, i would recommend http://yoursighost.com, but they only allow 3 images under like 25K, if you want more versatility you will need a free web host like perhaps http://boomspeed.com, they are free and allow 1MB of storage space and remote hotlinking

alias, there isnt a help section for this type of post, they are all for actual graphics programs and coding, etc.
