maybe dont smush the images so much... and the font is too plain as well, I'm not sure what you could add... But your right it is missing something.

i like the font actually, it fits the image well.

as far as adding something, you could try putting another image in there and blending it with a mask, one that would show the image in the top left corner. see how that looks

thats better, but I still don't like the distorted images in the background... Oh and I do like the font, but the text needs something else. Its just.... there. Maybe don't but it so close the edge.

how about this?

I greyed out the Girl on the bed
Hard Lighted the skull and changed its size in the picture
added some grunge brushes to the corners
and started a smoke effect on the name.
