Can Soemone Help me make a Valentines Pic?

Can Soemone Help me make a Valentines Pic? Its for Neopets. LOL. (Yes i play Neopets.)

I need a Valentines Picture of a kougra. Any size. (150 x 150 the best). And the Kougra has to be a Girl. (It should be a girl picture. or a little girly at least).

I'm sure you could manage it yourself. You could just change Kougra's color to shades of pink/red and throw a few hearts in there. You can find a great heart tutorial at http://www.myjanee.com/hearttut1.htm

I dont know ANY programs to make a picture. I looked though the programs on teamphotoshop but no clue what ones are for drawing pictures and stuff :(
