Just a rough sketch, but I think it has potential. Not 100% original but it suites me just fine.

mainly only 2 things i didnt like-
1. the gray space on the left could be filled up better, might wanna focus on that a little
2. Im not really a big fan of the the winXP button ripoffs..

but other than that, it looks pretty good, nice color scheme, etc.

Nice work NOA, very OSX meets WinXP meets Quicktime feel to it. Nica and refreshing. However, i would change your font you use for the nav. You also have 3 logos in the same (upper left) corner. I don't like the "graphix world" one that's in a box. I'd get rid of that, keep it simple, and change that font....too big or something, a bit hard to read. Stick with conventional fonts.
