Ideas on an Interface

And check out my latest interface design, I am planning on refining it and placing at the top of every page. But I need some help. The only things I want to do so far are add some crystals like on the splash screen to add a 'theme'.

I tryed to hit that page 3 times .... each time it got to 38% and stopped downloading....

so umm, nice gold'ish text anyway.

I dont really know why that is happening, but at school today I couldn't load it at all, nor my splash page, could be a problem with the server..
