The first one. The second one is trendy but I don't think it will fit into the celebration of families theme ... just a personal opinion tho

well, i think they are both good, but the first one, as stated before, is more family like and personal, but the second one has a nice, eye catching font. also on the second one, the 2002 is a bit seperate from the rest of the logo. anyways, that's what i think, i mean u have to see which areas of the picture you want to stand out, and what kind of families are you appealing for and what would grab their attention the most. and that's what i think, lol |

i think they both have too many fonts and colors. plus, nothing really holds each one together. logos should be nice and tight and easily 'got' at a glance. these have too many competing elements.

I agree with Charm 100% I really think if you ditch the purple color. Then change the font of the word "Pride" and the font of the purple text to a simple italic version of the main font that is used it would be "cleaner" and might work a little better. |

The first one is definately the best and I agree wholly with Charm and Torn. What I would do is keep the small purple font, but change the pink "Pride" to a simple italic font (as suggested by Torn) and change the color to black.
