Because it's in your browser's cache.

You need to either use a different host, or put the image inside of an HTML page, then link to the HTML page, not the image directly.

Ok will do that i still find it's strange cause i deleted all my cookies and temp internet files and i could still see it?

It looks like a bunch of ps tutorials mixed in one pic. But I guess it's normal when you're just starting.... it looks not that bad, I like the text effect...
