I was looking into the intous2, cheapest one is 200 bucks and i'm wondering, is it worth it? Between an X-mas bonus and some amazon gift certificates i can probably afford it. but it is really worth it? I don't do too much air brushing, just alot of 'blurry' sort of stuff like in my sig, nothing with great detail. So would it matter

Kick ass work ViDA, as usual.

[ Opinion on tablet ]
Its just an opinion but I think the extra money to upgrade from the $99 wacom graphire with a 4x5 active area and 512 levels of pressure sensitivity to the 4x5 active area intuos with 1024 levels of pressure sensitivity, isn't worth it.

However, If I just wanted to throw some money into something for me....I would LOVE to trade my graphire for the 9 x 12 Intuos,.... Wooohooo! I draw a good bit, freehand...charcoal and pencil and the intuos does have the extra levels of pressure so I would love that.

I just spent the 99 bucks and got the graphire and its pretty cool, my only real complaint is the 4 x 5 active area.

Vida,

I was messing around with the airbrush tool, and noticed that depending on the brush size, spacing, and opacity, I sometimes get a wierd texturizing effect, and not a smooth airbrush-like transition. What settings do you find work best? Also, what resolution do you work in?

BTW, Very nice indeed.
