Stars and grunge, gotta love it :p It's 3 am, and I probably should go to bed, but we had this great party here at home, that gave me this creative mood so I started to create some things. I started downloading custom PS brushes, which also included a cool mech-brush. Comes in two versions, I can't decide which one I like better. http://www.mrfixitonline.com/attachments/grunge.jpg http://www.mrfixitonline.com/attachments/grunge2.jpg |

I prefer the first one. The only thing I don't like about them is the colour. I think they'd look better in a sepia tone, but that's just personal preference. Other than that, very nice. :D

Yea I seem to like the first one more as well. It actually looks better in PS, because these are jpegs at 60 quality. This is where I downloaded them. http://www.surfstation.lu/13.html Digitexturia.com is a very good site as well, but it's redesigning at the moment. |

I unzipped the file in Photoshop 5.5/Goodies/Brushes But actually it doesn't matter where you put it. Then load the brush set into photoshop. http://www.planetunreal.com/undulation/lyceum2.htm ^This is a guide for creating your own brushes. If you don't know how to add brushes look at the picture. It sais Load brushes.. 2 places under Define brush. Click it and select your brush set. At the end is also a brush set called Cake or Death, it's pretty good as well. |

I have those brushes. They are great little things to play with for grunge. I am working on my own set of brushes. They will sort of be grunge style. I took some pic's with my digital camera and desaturated them. Look for them when I release the next version of my site that will hopefully last longer than a month. |
