Well you didn't leave yourself much content space. Which probably means you're going to have super small text, which probably means not one will be able to read it. That background image is also going to be pretty big, because of the gradients and multitudes of color, and the size of it.

I would make the logo in the upper left stand out more. The content area labels stand out more than the logo of the site itself.

try to get rid of the features menubar, and the
content center area.

then clean up by getting rid of the bg.
