This file cannot be directly accessed from a remote site, but must be linked through the Brinkster Member's site.

thats because you have to copy and paste the shortcut on a new window

anyone know free hosting that lets you link directly?

They aren't incredibly fast, but they allow remote linking. An account is extremely easy to setup, and uploading files is a breeze too.
