I think it's a pretty cool concept. I like the effect and the idea.

The only thing I would suggest is that you a border around the 'frame'. It just looks like one long piece, when it should be a bunch of little frames. So maybe just put a frame around it at the very edges of your paper. It would have rounded corners like the holes on the side. Kinda hard to explain what I mean...

Hmm....just doesn't capture my attention.......try some colour in the background, maybe it'll help out a bit :D
