Well , as far as the plot goes you really have to search the web for information / tutorials , design concepts , feel of the flow and other weird things . Things like Color match / repeated shapes /
placement of the things / focal point/s etc creates the feel .
I personally wouldnt post things while being in the learning process , only the best ones maybe .

There are no newbies in art , there are artists , people who want to become 1 , and people playing around with no particular goal .

i don't like that eye in the middle... it doesn't fit...
well actually the entire thing doesn't really fit...
but it's alright, there is time to fix the erroneous

since you have the text "see with your eyes not your hands"
maybe instead of the eye, put a huge boob. heh, j/k

but everything doesn't fit with the other stuff init.
