Can anybody tell me how they made the rainbow background step by step instead of jsut saying wind effect and such. Thanks everybody

I'm not sure what "rainbow" background you are talking about, but you can make a rainbow "colored" background using the gradient tool and the "rainbow" preset gradient.

can you be more specific?

Like what did teh do to achieve that cool blending and everything.It's like perfectly blended

maybe they made a gradient on the entire thing...
got it tot the shape they wanted, and screened it
or something (not sure if screen would work, don't
have my blending modes down just yet)

OR!!!

they had that shape, and gradient overlayed it
with that orange/yellow gradient that PS 6.0 comes with.

Seems he airbrushed the different colors then used a motion blur over it ... I could be totally wrong but it's a guess ...
