new splash pages....need a vote

Well, its getting near my favorite time of year, where one my true passion comes alive for a few months. Could use you guys to tell me which one you like better, and why. Thanks:

I like the first one. It's bright, shiny, happy, and smooth.

The first one is better!

The problem is the seond one use (HOT) colors, who give a warm felling....so the winter felling is way to far away!!!!

Try to use cold colors (with blue) for the second one to see wath you will get!

I personaly like both, but if I had to choose, I'd pick the First one.

Well I love them both.. and there is a reason why too.. Besides the great work in PS you did. I also LOVE LOVE LOVE Snowboarding and I can NOT wait till this season opens up.. This is only my second year comming up. But I cant wait..

The thing about snowboarding is the freedom and the feel of just sailing over the white stuff, hearing nothing but nature and the snow.. Its great man..

yea, gj on both.
i guess i'll be a lame follower and vote for the first one, mainly because i can't grasp the conception of individuality, and choose something that i actually like.

actually i like the second better, but after reading the post it does take away from the winter feel , but the other one didn't have as much to it as the second one. I didn't like the head in the background of the second one tho.

also, on a side note:

I don't like snow boarding 1st time i tried to learn, i took off my gloves early into the lesson, so my hand got sore, and numb, (and due to the numbness i couldn't get my hands back in the glove) fell on my ass, ate it countless times. But it was fun a good experience.
