Well i was messing around in photoshop and created these-wing-like things. Well i needed to stick them on something so i er um *shifts eyes* ripped off this image: http://www.illminds.com/art/langley_sm.jpg and edited to look like this This was nothing more than playing around i am in no way claiming created for this person's artwork. The character was just in a perfect pose. If someone cares the artist has an elfwood website at http://elfwood.lysator.liu.se/loth/s/y/sylver/sylver.html |

Yah i was sorta happy how i figured it out its really nothing more than some 'add noise' and two big 'radical blurs' and some stretching with the 'transform' tool. Ad a little layer effects and poof, lights from the heavens |

yeah, those lighting effects look great. Could you go into a little more detail as to what you did?

Shining light: Pick some colors http://www.alldrpepper.com/wings/wings08.gif Make a Shape, select Filter>Noise>Add Noise 120% Uniform Monochromatic Deselect Radical Blur (zoom, 70) Radical Blur again Take the layer and Edit>Transform>Scale (make long) Edit>Transform>Perspective (widen the bottom) Thats basically what i did. It comes out sorta pixelated which you can't see because of the layer mode i have it in |
