Looks great. The upper lip seems to curve opposite of what it would be naturally though.

Very well done. I even like the colors. And this is probably just me but the black space at the bottom has the vague shape of a hand like thats the thumb pointing up there. Almost as if someone were giving her a caress... Course I probably just said more about me than your work. ;) Seriously though does it have that shape on purpose? reminds me of those vases you see where its a vase if you look at the negative space and faces if you look at the posative space.

Not bad at all. There are something with the hair over her eyebrows that seems so unnatural.
Other than that, BRING IT IN 1280x1024!
