Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to give pictures a rough outline like I see on this site: http://www.xv-online.com It seems like he's using some sort of template you can download somewhere, is this true? If not, anyone know the best way to get this sort of effect? It seems simple but I really like the roughness/realness of the edges. |

Get some good grunge brushes and start erasing

Thanks, I'll look into that... But if you go to that website and look at the picture under the "music" section it has more of a paint splatter effect. Any ideas? |

Those are called brushes. You can go to google and search for photoshop brushes and whatever else and come up with tons and tons of different shaped brushes and you can just use those to erase with.

Or better yet learn to make your own brushes. ;)
