I'd change the main font and lower the opacity of the bigger "promise" a bit. Other then that it's quite ok I guess.

The "if you need me I will be here" is just way too rough. Change the font out. It does not match the smooth lines of the rose.

the criss-crossing background patches are awesome. how did you do?

I used the line tool. Started off with a line and sorta put branches on it i guess u could say. used some pixelate > fragment then the rest from there is whatever u can conjure up :D pretty simple
