unfinished wallpaper

I made this start for a wallpaper but now i dont know what to add to make it finished. Does anyone know something good for it?

I'd encourage you to try out blending modes, and try to abstain from the use of filters. It's hard to make something really original when you're using them. Also, this one's a little too...

Well, I get eh minimalist thing, but there needs to be a reeeeally cool effect to keep the viewer interested, and I'm not quite sure you're there yet. Keep at it though, and you'll be there soon.

i think your newest one is a big improvement in terms of wallpaper-ness. the text elements on the older ones appear harsh and choppy, and are the words even necessary? in general, i'm just not a fan of large text on my desktop anyway.

since the new one is essentially a shape plunked down in the center of a rectangular space, i think you could try experimenting with scale and positioning in terms of asymmetrical vs. symmetrical balance.
