it's a pretty good start. it might help to take some colour samples from the original photo and use those.

i can't see the highlights on the hair or jacket without tilting my screen back and forth (but maybe it's just my settings?), you could consider lightening them even more, to keep your stylization consistent (compare them to the hat, where the difference between the hat-shadow and the hat is quite noticeable).
