So, I've been trying what's been called a 'subtractive digital painting method' that I picked up at noir.org, and the tut was actually written for use on an older PC, which I happen to have. And, I mean old. Nonetheless, I started it a couple weeks ago, and had some free time today, so decided to do some work on it today, so here it is: **Edit** New Hosting Let me know what you think *not, my hosting sesizes the images, so that's the reason for any jaggies, specifically around the head. |

I think it looks alright, but its kindof blurry... that just brings down the amount of detail that i bet you probably put into this. I think if it was sharper you could really see how much time and effort that you put into that sucker. None the less it looks pretty good :D |

yeah, the actual image is actually kind of blurry, just as a byproduct of the method used to make it. I might touch it up some, but for the time being, I kind of like the sfumatto look.

What i find strange is the edge of the head. there is something like aliasing. It seems strange because all the others parts of the picture are blurry

It's blurry and pixelated everywhere :(
