Sadness is....a broken old shoe...it's also kinda a private joke. English is not my native language so I have this "thing" where I speak bad English... sometimes I yell out "Joy is!" when I'm happy about something and "Sadness is!" when I don't like something...and I also use "is is! is?" instead of "isn't it?".... yeah - put it down to cultural misunderstanding
