First ever whit a real tripod

I did borow a tripod from a friend last night and went out for a walk, this is the first time i use a real tripod in my live and i must say those things are amazing. The thing is this... i just bought a laptop which i am using right now, and it haves a flat screen which makes all the colors and pictures look really nice, so i havent modify any of those pictures at all, no color adjust or anyting and we all know how much better they can get.

I like the third one the best - it's got interesting geometry and color and the angle complements it

welcome to the wonderful world of tripods - next time you shoot from a tripod use the timer feature if your camera has it. don't touch the camera at all and you'll see how it improves the picture

I like the soft touch with these, adds to the effect I think. Nice.

You have the same problem as I have with my camera tho..
When you photograph when it's dark, the quality becomes uhm what's the word...
spreckled?
I am trying to find a way how to get rid of it and I will tell you as soon as I get the perfect method.
I don't think these are as good as the ones you showed me a few weeks back tough even tho these are nice.

My camera does the same thing in the dark, keep me updated on what is going on with that too.
