i was wondering how i can get an abstract clouds where its thin streams... im working on a sunset thing and i would aprecate it if anybody could send me a link to a tutorial or showed me how thank you

If I understand you correctly, you're looking for cirrus clouds. Find a good picture with Google.

sorry i wasnt more detailed umm i wanna learn how to do it on photoshop and i cant find any tutorals on it...but that is what im going for thanks anyways though

may not be exactly right for a sunset...but the technique is not that different
