Hi all!

Last week I bought a digital camera, a minolta dimage f300 to be exact.
I've been shooting a lot of photos this first week, still trying the camera out and learning to photograph in general. Please give me some pointers or critique so I can improve!

other than maybe fixing the washed out thumbs for some of the pics... the gallery's ok

Yeah, the thumbs are automatically generated by some php library and it does that... I could try and set the quality a bit higher. Thanks!

I like them nature shots with the birds...nice colors.
On the macro images, try to get the focus on the object or area closest to the cam...that usually that looks better then focusing on an object further away and having a blurry foreground object...Other then that it's all cool....this one is one of my favorites...The quality and quite wide angle is pretty impressive.
