anyway, It looks like it's just a bunch of filters. And around here, too much filter use screams newb. People new to PS use a few filters and don't realize the level of quality because they often are excited about what came out.

If you continue to work in PS and continue to advance, you'll look back on your current work and want to hide it away.

The background especially. Maybe get some inspiration from some sites that have design stuff on them.
