It's really really nice, I like it!
Only thing that could use some work is the font in the middle.
It's okey but it's not perfect.
The font is okey but the way you wrote it could be more aligned or something.
now it's really hard to read when it goes up and down and changes size...

What if the type cascaded down with the paint drips? Its good as is.

well, its ok but in my opinon it needs some work. it looks like you put some time into the image and then just sort of tossed the text on there. what do you want to say with the text? why is it arranged like it is now? could it follow more of the verticals that you've already created with the drip and other background lines? right now its very linear, very lined up, too organized for the idea you're trying to present. hope that helps...
