render > clouds, > cutout filter? Its alright, kind a nice abstract feel to it, but i think it would look better if the starish brushing stuff were similar colours to that of the sky?... gj tho, keep at it. |

reminds me of my work, sorta. I like it, all but that smearish looking thing at the top of the image. It looks out of place to me.

Text/Colors/Sun = Nice! Landscape = not so good because of its size. The contrast forces you to look at the sun which makes the landscape look more like a mistake. If you want a landscape (i think its a good idea, i also like the very little palm tree lol) you need to draw attention to it and right now the sun/edges are taking that attention away. Maybe make it larger, or move the sun up and extend the landscape across the image...or something similar. The sky = ok. It's a decent "base". I think you should brush it more though. Use the color from the sun to highlight the base of the clouds and use a very very dark red (not true black) to brush in some shading up top the clouds. Also maybe keep some sharpness within the clouds to draw interest. Overall though, looking good. Also big thumbs up for trying something new! |

Yes yes, the smudgy thing at the top is gone, and its a light brigher. The only thing is, at the bottem it looked at first like your sun was sorta messed, like it was cut or something. After looking for a while, I get it now, cool stuff. Im just curious though, is that leaf trail a normal PS brush?...
