I like the cartoon look on it.
2 things that bothers me a bit:
The "mountain road" or what you will call it has a bit of the wrong angle.
Is it going out in to the sea or is it just one meter long?
And then you should take away some of the birds, now there a bit too many and you can see that they are just copy pasted and flipped...
Otherwise I really like it.

1. the birds thing i have changed it, just now... are they ok now?

2. yeop the road kind of thing is just a bit long as it looks, no further than what its in the image but the height side of it, it is inclined inside from where we are looking , as it reached down towards water... i assumed this way actually.

what you say...

i love that style :D good work!, i was a bit taken bak that you used the default grass brushes, but i must say you did a very good job with them .
the only thing i would say that was a bit off
(i havent read the other posts so sorry if i repeat), is that the perspective of the road looks like its leading up to the sky and not level with the sea, but everything else is a thumbs up . I think you would be good at vector, give it a shot, the best tool to use if doing vector is Illustrator {http://www.adobe.com/products/illustrator/main.html}

good job, looking forward to seeing you progressing

thanks

yeah i do use coreldraw a lot for vector objects, mostly for layouts and logos... i did lot of logo design and brochures, print ads and other design stuff. i'm also using illustrator but yet to complete any project in illustrator solely.

the stuff i'll be putting on my site in some time, as a portfolio gallery... but i'll take a bit time....

thanks for the inspiration again...
