his skin seems a little blurry.

You really should try and look into some color theory, or colorschemes for this matter. The colors that you have there don't fit good together. For a good tutorial on colortheory look on www.wetcanvas.com I think, from the top of my mind.

I don't really think that grungy background fits for a rapper... I don't know how this guy raps, but I think rappers are smooth and slick and all that stuff.

Grunge fits better for rockers.

The layout is good, but it seems rushed. Like you said it was... The guy has too much light on himself compared to the rest of the cover.

Yeah, he wanted something gungy, he does rap kinda dark and grungy too though, thanx and I will look into color theroy

might wanna work on photoediting the complexion of his skin. look at his shoulder, looks blotchy. Might have been because of the original photo but try to smooth that out.
