Kind of looks more like an accident at the filter factory and it's a bit small. To be blunt it's fairly missable.

you d r e w this? .. i must agree with "thehermit" and add that i looks like a pretty darn big accident ;)

as you probably guessed i don't really like it. .. it screams filter-abuse, even if it is drawn from scracth.. and try using a bigger canvas

I actually meant to say I DRAW from scratch. I always draw from scratch is what I meant by saying that. Anyway... yeah I did use filters, 2 to be exact. It was supposed to be tentacles attacking each other, but I guess it didn't really come out that way. I used a lot of Hue/Saturation on it, which probably gives the impression of too many filters.
