The drop shadow on him makes it look like he's standing in front of a big poster or something. Make it look like he is actually there instead of standing in front of a backdrop. Try using the same font as the top on the bottom without the effect. Use the stylized font up top, but use it normally for the title. Mixing fonts is ugly. The upper/lower class housing is kinda useless. I know what you are trying to say, but I think using one or the other will be better. The image is pretty clean otherwise.

It's cool, but I'm not sure I like the crushed diamonds look to the font. It gets the message across but I think it could use a little clarification.
