I think the eyes and lips are poorly selected and coloured badly - at least I think the eyes should have the same color. The hair is...heh - crimson...alas the "poetry" is not helping any.

hhmm.... well, i do agree with the eye and mouth selection... i think i can improve those...

but this board just doesn't seem to be fans of text! ... oh well, it's just my style

As far as selecting those... zoom in! way in! then maybe use a little bit of featehr to soften up the edges...
