burned macros...

I may have common tastes and maybe I'm a trendwhorish kinda guy - but I like burned pictures.... I put a lot of light and came up with these macros... watcha guys think?

pepperoni
orange pepperoni..or something
on a napkin
wet pebbles

really like the first one :D would be good utalitarian pictures (you taught me that owrd lol) i dont understand what you mean by burned

burned - the light is too harsh - too strong - the lighter shades of the object become white alltogether because of too much light. Like you would pass with the dodge tool set to highlights over a drawing many times....

Those pics are "hot". I like the clean white backgrounds..

first one is great, others cant compete with out a completely white background

Those make me hungry......though id probably have to eat the wet pebbles after to stop the burning lol.

My fav. is the first!! Thats excellent. The 2nd, i dont like to see "surface" in pictures. Maybe its a weird preference....but i like white bg's the most(edit: or what redeye said lol ). Though the 2nd has awesome texture!! Also the 3rd i really like too. The purple goes well...though im not partial to the blur on it. Something just makes me wanna see the whole napkin in focus.

Oh.. and "pepperoni" here (US) is sausage/salami that goes on pizza... a simple pepper is I think what you're looking for.
