It's good but nooo :P
IMO:
You have a really nice vector girl there but then you destroy it with a lot of small graphics.
Less is more!
Take away everything else than the girl and take away the black outline of the mouth or make it much more softer and you have a really nice job!!
And leave the stretch thingy...overused and old...
It looks like a copyright mark right over a nice piece of work now.

I really like your illustration. I'm not too fond of the type.

I think it looks pretty good, but its a little big for a "sig". Like the others said though the shapes and stuff are a little over used, but I think they look alright. The vector of the girl/woman looks great though... thats for sure
