"Tha Battle", world premiere.

i haven't done any video work in about a year, so about a month ago i decided that i needed to refresh some knowledge. i came up with the idea, got my best friend to write and perform the track and i did the rest. the video took about 2 weeks to put together (outside of school and work). this is also my first video with the background completely keyed out, so it's far from perfect.

Well its not my style of music.......but the video is good. Though it would be cooler if you droped the beat blur and put more motion into the background. Like you could blend a clip of a city street or something (grab your cam and go for a drive lol). And the lyrics (the graphics i mean) kick ass. AE or premiere??

Rodder454: that's a good idea about creating a moving city background and trust me, i had it in mind. i guess i was trying to go for a more abstract urban feel with this one and i see how it can get old after about 2 minutes. i'll try it in my next video i guess ;) .
as far as the programs used, it's audition for audio mixing and the rest done in photoshop, premiere and almost all in after effects.

you mean the rapper? it's one and the same person. and yes, i told him that but it was 3am when we finished filming and he was probably very tired, unlike me.
