He said it had to contain some blood, so I came up with this, what do you guys think?

Ok, don't pay to much attention to me...but you asked for opinions...

Here's mine: I don't like it that much. First, it's to darn big. And that "filthy" look dosn't appeal to me at all. I have really no idea what you should do instead, but this isn't in my taste. Perhaps take that barthingie away, and do the blood in some drippettydrops instead.
Just a white background with blood drops on it...(waterdrops that could turn into blooooood)

What I most disslike with this one is the anime face that I don't think you have done.
I mean that's still a pretty big object in this image but that's not your work.

err... sig is way to big, will be very distracting.

there are way better blood brushes out there that you can get for photoshop. and yes, the sig is too big.

Too big and use some grungy / splattered brushes to create a more realistic image.
