Norwegian nature

This is a pic I took up in the mountains in Norway.. I have retouched it in photoshop and it looks kind of different from the original version.

that is a very nice pic. Hwever I don't like the purple fringing - that's a camera/light thing though I guess - but that is easily fixable - I love the landscape - it's like a fairy tale setup

thats cool.... i have a feeling you adjusted the colour balance of the mountains in the background??

that purple tinge and the mountains spoil the picture a little.... but the foreground has great colour

Actually I didn't adjust the colour balance on the mountains. I did it on the rest of the pic!

But now I have made some changes to my pic.. tried to make the purple effect go away...

btw: sorry about the slow speed on my link.. :(

Seems kind of out of focus, but I'm sure it was hard with the vast distance difference. Maybe use photoshop to have the house focused?

Overexposed. Try using a polarized filter.

i like the photo more for the scene and the composition. but it's web cam quality and looks washed out.

is it me or does it seem to "green" try balancing the colors maybe a little less saturation.
