Looks alright. Kinda reminds me of American Beauty, but some more detail on the person would be nice (read: a face).

Detail = more would be good
Shadding = much more would be good. Look's like she is falling instead of laying down. The composition is a little odd....but i think shadding will help define it better.

That's really a good pose, but I have to agree with 454 that you need more detail.
The Red Bed itself, with all of the draped cloth details, should serve as a contrast to her smooth cool skin, bla bla bla, yatta yatta. ;)
