hey maybe it would be a good idea to have a section reserved for fights...they're far more popular than the job section ever was everybody loves a good fight...and as long as it's clearly marked "flammatory stuff happening inside - enter at own risk"...it might help some of the young guns vent some of their anger...that is if teamps/pank is ready to take on such a community service...
