Alright I got come creative aspect the one night and begun working on some stuff but it seems that creative aspect ran out the next day and I can't figure out where to go from here so let me know what you think and where you think I should go with this

Get rid of the thing at the bottom with the messed up perspective and then put some realistic looking graffiti on it. Like apocalyptic graffiti.

Then I'll dig it.

It's part of the photo but I think I could fix that and yes I was looking for a graphiti tutorial but I forget who it was that had it I saw it on here about a week ago too (anyone wanna point me to a url ;))
