Kranekick and OnCleSAm i have some tutorial, but in spanish language with some tips to draw and coloring with mouse, its a bit old but i think the screenshots can be able to show the thecnique.

I think the most important thing is the practice and to have traditional painting and draw skills before to do cg... and get a wacom tablet of course.

Im spanish and my level english is a bit low, anyway i can try answer specifics doubts in english... but not coloquial language, please.
