...And please whip me up here...What do I do. I am not satisfied with this, this is not what I'm good at, but never the less, one do not...not help a friend when asked to ;) I've done this and I wonder what I should do to make it...OK. It doesn't need tp be purrrfect, but ok. I have to have the logo in the corner, I have to go with the blue, white, red in the pic, I have to have these measurements, I have to have that sitename I'm free to play with fonts, "backgroundpics" and all the other stuff...Crit and suggestions please. Patric. |

there is no structure, the background pic is in a way too low resolution, nothing really caught my eye. That font doesn't look good, like that. Try to go with a less traditional layout maybe... this is just too boring, and there isn't much to comment on really. |

Yea, but atleast I got to know that ;) Well, I just have certain "background pic's" to choose from and there all bad and low rez...I have no saying there, unfortunatly. and the layout in all isn't much I can do about either, really...You know, them folks who wanna have pics done for them dares to have "suggestions", hehe. The only thing I can play with is...How these "background pics" is applied and wich font to use...And them fecking fonts drives me nuts...I'm so bad at this...So basicly I need a suggestion on what font to use in a hockey pic... |

Well, if they have suggestions in this... just make another preview, with something you like... and show them, that it actually looks better. Really, sometimes it takes a little work to open the eyes of clients.

You don't have to have a picture of a famous hockey dude. If you can, just go out and steal a few snap shots of hockey players in your general area. Would produce higher quality images, and if the person's your fiend you could even have them do the position you'd like best. I personaly don't like the white-ness of it all, and the font for the side bar doesn't appeal to me. It's hard to judge a site by the bars only though, where's the content? |

I don't know where the content is. I'm just there to do a pic since he has no money and he's a friend of my best friend...so I help out a bit. But I would think the site contains the ordinary hockey fan stuff...lowrez pics ;), the troops, interviews with coaches and players an so forth... Hehe, that's what I did..ok nearly anyway...found some and got permission to use them, but these are the low rez ones ;( The whiteness of it all is on request, I'm sorry to say...(will do like NL said tho...) Well, that's kinda the thing I need help with... |

Well, I'm no text expert, but here's what I'd do. Use "Impact" font (not sure if you need to download it or what). Why? Cause it's small, and thick. You need it to be relatively small cause it's on the sidebar, and the thickness helps it to be read. |
